Juan Sonoda and Carolina Calcagno from Beretta Godoy were the invited speakers at a breakfast meeting on“Supply Law: Why is it a current issue in 2014?”

Organized by the Legal and Fiscal Commission of the Argentine-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFA), the event took place on May 13 at Alianza Francesa and is part of a series of breakfast meetings periodically organized by CCIFA, where specialists present current issues to the partner companies.

Sonoda and Calcagno examined the Supply Law, the cases in which it was applied and analyzed the case-law and the reform project.
