Perspectives, the magazine of the French–Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Industry published an article about the seminar organized by its Legal and Tax Commission on the Civil Responsibility in the new unified Civil and Commercial Code and its effect on product damages claims held on October 26.

María Luz Rodríguez, Litigation Manager Southern Cone, Latin America of Danone, and Juan Sonoda and Natacha Gedwillo, of Beretta Godoy, analyzed the impact of the new Civil and Commercial Code on Consumers Rights and some of its key aspects such as the duty of care and preventive action, issues on liability and compensation and the scope of compensation for damages, among other things.
