| Mariela is the director of the Tax department of Beretta Godoy. She advises in all areas of domestic and international tax law, providing general advice and tax planning. Wide experience on international taxation matters such as OECD rules, tax treaties, BEPS and PE; and on tax planning of different businesses and transactions, such as international financing operations, corporate acquisitions and reorganization schemes. Mariela also participates actively on tax implications related to capital market and start-ups. She graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1996 and holds a Masters in taxation from the University of Buenos Aires (2002). |
