Juan Manuel is a member of the transactional team of Beretta Godoy. Corporate lawyer with training in business law, he provides legal advice to local and foreign companies in strategic sectors such as agrochemicals, exporters, trust assets, construction and retail. He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and holds a master´s degree from Torcuato Di Tella University in Law and Economics. He completed the International Program in Commercial and Business Comparative Law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.
