He leads the Corporate Law area. He provides legal advice on companies and reporting companies, and Small and Medium Enterprises disputes in court or arbitration and he specializes in Corporate bankruptcy/Debt Restructuring and Public and Private Call for Bids.
He was Judicial Administrator for Insolvency and has experience in Stock Acquisition, Legal Due Diligence, Issuance of negotiable debt securities/stocks, incorporation, dissolution, merger, division, liquidation and transformation of legal entities.
He has taught at the main schools of law, both public and private. He currently serves as Professor of Business Law at the School of Law at the University of El Salvador.
He has been active as an advisory member of the Chamber of Corporations, and bi-national chambers. He leads the Corporate Governance Network at IDEA (Institute for Corporate Development in Argentina).
